Dr. Nkandu Musakanya

Dr. Musakanya Dallington Nkandu is a highly distinguished Paediatrician and Paediatric Cardiologist with a proven track record of success in both clinical practice and academic leadership. His expertise spans across the spectrum of paediatric cardiac care, from echocardiography and congenital heart disease management to electrophysiology and post-surgical follow-up.

Dr. Nkandu is a passionate educator, actively involved in mentorship programs and training courses for medical professionals across Zambia. He has significantly contributed to the growth of paediatric cardiac services in the northern region, collaborating with international teams to perform corrective surgeries for congenital heart defects.

His dedication and leadership have resulted in a significant increase in the number of successful paediatric cardiac interventions at his hospital. His qualifications are impeccable, with a Doctor of Medicine degree (with Distinction) and a Master of Medicine in Paediatrics with Expertise in Paediatric Cardiology.
